The SW-Motech DUSC Hard Case System is a rugged, waterproof luggage solution designed specifically for the 2023–2024 Suzuki V-Strom 800. This complete touring and adventure setup includes one 33-liter DUSC M case, one 41-liter DUSC L case, and PRO Side Carriers engineered to follow the motorcycle’s tail profile and exhaust layout. The system provides dependable luggage transport for daily riding, long-distance touring, and extended off-road travel.
Each DUSC case uses a thermoformed, structured 3 mm ABS plastic shell reinforced by an aluminum frame. Protective lid corners include integrated lashing points, while built-in carrying handles simplify transport away from the motorcycle. The co-locking closure system secures both the case lid and carrier connection in one movement. Once mounted, the cases remain firmly positioned during vibration, impacts, and demanding terrain. The cases can be used as side luggage or as top cases when paired with a compatible SW-Motech rack.
The included PRO Side Carriers are manufactured from highly durable 2.5 mm steel and shaped for a close, vehicle-specific fit. Newly developed quick-release fasteners allow the carriers to be removed efficiently, while standard M8 hardware may be used for permanent installation. Optional anti-theft protection is available separately. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.
