The SW-Motech DUSC Hard Case System is a rugged, waterproof luggage solution designed for KTM Adventure and SMT motorcycles from 2019 through 2024. This bike-specific kit includes one DUSC M case with 33 liters of capacity and one DUSC L case with 41 liters, providing practical storage for commuting, touring, and extended off-road travel. The case shapes and included PRO Side Carrier are designed to follow the motorcycle’s tail profile and accommodate the exhaust system for a secure, integrated fit.
Each DUSC case is constructed from thermoformed, structured 3 mm ABS plastic shells reinforced by an aluminum frame. Protective lid-side corners include integrated lashing points, while built-in carrying handles simplify transport away from the motorcycle. The cases attach easily to the included SW-Motech PRO Side Carrier, using a secure co-locking system that closes both the case lid and carrier connection in a single movement. The locking design helps keep each case firmly positioned during vibration, impacts, and demanding riding conditions.
The durable PRO Side Carrier uses optimized 2.5 mm steel construction and sits close to the motorcycle for a clean, balanced installation. Newly developed quick-release fasteners allow the carrier to be removed easily, while standard M8 hardware can be substituted for permanent mounting. Optional anti-theft protection is available separately. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included for a straightforward setup.
