The included crash bars are manufactured from robust steel tubing with a 1.06-inch pipe diameter and finished with a weather- and corrosion-resistant black powder coating. Their highly stable, model-specific construction provides reliable protection for important components while maintaining an optimized lean angle appropriate for the motorcycle’s footpeg length. Installation is completed with a straightforward bolt-on process using the factory mounting points, with no drilling, welding, or permanent modifications required.
The engine case protector shields the left engine cover with a two-piece design. The upper section functions as a slider pad, while CNC machining provides a precise fit. Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy with weather-resistant anodizing, it mounts directly to the engine case using the original mounting points and does not affect normal riding. The engine guard adds further lower-engine protection and features circumferential air inlets for effective ventilation. It installs securely on the original attachment points without requiring motorcycle modifications. This kit does not fit when used with an alternator cover guard.
