S&S Cycle 3-1/2 in +.020 in 80 in Big Twin Forged Pistons, Model 106-5513

These 3-1/2" +.020" bore pistons fit 1979-'84 80" HD® big twin engines, producing 8:1 compression with stock unmodified cylinder heads.. The modern alloys used in these pistons, coupled with the advanced skirt profiles, allow them to be fit tighter resulting in low engine noise and long engine life. In the past, this could only be achieved with weaker cast pistons. S&S® will fit these pistons to your existing cylinders (when purchasing new cylinders, pistons can be fit to them as an option).

S&S Cycle model 106-5513 forged pistons are designed for 1979–1984 80 in Harley-Davidson Big Twin engines. The 3-1/2 in +.020 in bore pistons produce an 8:1 compression ratio with stock, unmodified cylinder heads.

Modern piston alloys and advanced skirt profiles allow tighter fitting for reduced engine noise and extended engine life. S&S Cycle can fit these pistons to existing cylinders, and pistons may also be fitted to newly purchased cylinders when ordered as an option.
