The S&S Cycle Stealth Air Cleaner Kit with Chrome Mini Teardrop Cover is designed for select 2017 and 2018 Harley-Davidson M8 models. Its increased filter area, radiused inlet, and S&S stinger support smoother, faster airflow for improved power. The backplate uses high-strength synthetic polymers designed for mechanical strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance while helping reduce heat transfer to the intake air.
The kit includes a washable filter element and features an easy installation design. The chrome mini teardrop cover is made from die-cast aluminum, is 85 percent of the original size, and fits existing Stealth Air Cleaners. The design supports cooler, denser intake air for more efficient cylinder filling and performance. A pre-filter is available separately, and a high-flow filter kit that is 1 inch taller is available under vendor part number 170-0127.
