RST Pro Series Adventure D3O Textile Motorcycle Pants are designed for riders who demand versatile protection and weather adaptability during adventure touring. The Silver/Blue pants are made from a lightweight, abrasion-resistant MaxTex Lite chassis reinforced with RS-ProTec and Ballistic overlays for dependable durability without unnecessary bulk. Their fit and construction pair naturally with the RST Pro Series Adventure Jacket for a coordinated touring setup.
Protection is provided by CE AA-rated D3O Level 2 armor at the hips and knees, helping absorb impact in vulnerable areas while preserving rider mobility. A fixed quick-dry mesh lining supports airflow and comfort, while multiple ventilation points allow riders to manage heat during changing conditions. The 3X size is suitable for riders seeking a roomier fit, and the design is available with short and long leg options for improved fitment.
For changing weather, the RST Adventure pants include a removable thermal windblock liner and a separate U-X-O waterproof pants layer. This layered system allows the rider to adjust insulation and weather protection as conditions change, making the pants suitable for commuting, touring, and extended adventure rides. The manufacturer part number and vendor part number are 103616SIL-40.
