RM STATOR CDI Box RM02500 for 2002–2004 Polaris Sportsman 600 and 700 4x4

All item pictures are accurate, if in doubt do not hesitate and compare our item to your original part. As we have great expertise with these ATVs, we strongly recommend that you replace your voltage regulator at the same time as changing your electronic box. Indeed, this is one of the main reasons for the malfunction of the electronic box. In addition, to ensure the performance of the part, we test it up to three times in the factory.

The RM STATOR RM02500 CDI Box is a plug-and-play electronic ignition module designed to restore reliable ignition performance on select Polaris Sportsman ATVs. Built with OEM-grade electronic components and printed circuit boards, this CDI box provides dependable output and long-term performance for recreational riding, utility work, and trail use.

This RM STATOR replacement fits the 2003 and 2004 Polaris Sportsman 600 4x4, as well as the 2002, 2003, and 2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 4x4. Its OEM-style design supports fast, straightforward installation using the original connection points, while the included dielectric connector grease helps protect electrical contacts from moisture and corrosion. Confirm the original part and connector configuration before ordering to ensure proper fitment.

For best results, inspect the complete ignition and charging systems before replacing the electronic box. A faulty voltage regulator can contribute to CDI failure, so RM STATOR recommends replacing or testing the voltage regulator at the same time when appropriate. Stator, ignition coil, wiring, and related components should also be checked during diagnosis, since many ignition problems originate elsewhere in the electrical system. Each unit is factory tested up to three times to help verify performance before installation.
