The Ricks Motorsport Electrics Hot Shot Series Kawasaki Charging Kit, model 14-99-201H, converts the charging system from a single-phase design to a three-phase permanent-magnet system. The upgraded system provides a 50% increase in output power and is designed for use with lithium batteries.

This kit includes a new stator and a lithium-compatible rectifier regulator. It replaces OE stator 21003-1005 and is intended for the 1978 and 1979 Kawasaki KZ650D SR. The OE flywheel is reused during installation, and installation instructions are included.

This charging kit is not for use with standard lead-acid batteries. The manufacturer part number and vendor part number are both 14-99-201H.
