The RICKS 14-202H lithium regulator/rectifier is designed for selected Suzuki GS450L, GS550E, and GS550L applications. It uses a lower voltage set point than an OE regulator/rectifier to support the safe charging of lithium-ion polymer and lithium iron phosphate batteries.
By helping virtually eliminate over-voltage charging conditions, this regulator/rectifier helps protect expensive lithium batteries from charging-related damage. It is made with OE-style plug ends wherever possible for application-specific installation. This unit is not for use with lead-acid batteries.
Fitment includes the 1980–1982 Suzuki GS450L; 1977–1980 Suzuki GS550E; and 1979–1982 Suzuki GS550L. The manufacturer part number is RICKS 14-202H.
