PSR Smog Block-Off Plates, Part Number 00-01350-22, are designed to remove excess air injection equipment and safely block and seal the air injection ports on select Suzuki sport motorcycles. By eliminating the additional equipment from the air injection system, these plates help simplify the motorcycle setup and support accurate air-to-fuel ratio measurements during dynamometer testing.
Each plate is CNC machined from high-grade aluminum for precise fitment and a dependable seal. The PSR block-off plate kit fits the 1997-2000 Suzuki GSX-R600, 1997-1999 Suzuki GSX-R750, and 1999-2001 Suzuki GSX-R1300 Hayabusa. Verify the motorcycle model and year before installation to ensure compatibility.
These PSR Smog Block-Off Plates are intended for closed-course and dynamometer use only. They are not designed for use on public roads or vehicles subject to emissions regulations. Professional installation is recommended, and all original components should be retained if the motorcycle may need to be returned to its factory configuration.
