PSR Smog Block-Off Plates are designed for the 1999–2008 Yamaha XVS11 V-Star 1100 Custom. This kit allows removal of excess air-injection equipment while securely blocking and sealing the original air-injection ports. By eliminating unwanted air injection at the exhaust ports, the plates support more accurate air-to-fuel ratio measurement during dyno tuning.
Each plate is CNC machined from high-grade aluminum to provide a precise fit and dependable seal. The PSR construction is intended for straightforward installation and reliable closure of the air-injection openings after the related equipment has been removed. These plates are a practical solution for race and dyno applications requiring consistent test conditions.
