PSR Smog Block-Off Plates, part number 08-01350-22, are designed for KTM motorcycles equipped with an air injection system. These plates allow removal of excess air-injection equipment while safely blocking and sealing the original air injection ports. The result is a clean, secure installation that supports accurate air-to-fuel ratio readings during dynamometer testing and tuning.
Each plate is CNC machined from high-grade aluminum to provide precise fitment and a dependable seal. The PSR design is intended for use by riders, builders, and professional tuners who need to simplify the air injection system during performance testing or closed-course setup. Installation should be completed using appropriate service procedures and verified for proper sealing before operation.
Fitment includes the 2014–2016 KTM 1290 Super Duke R, 2015–2016 KTM 1290 Super Adventure, and 2010–2014 KTM 1190 RC8 R. Confirm the motorcycle model and year before ordering to ensure compatibility. This product is intended for closed-course use only and is not designed for use on public roads where emissions equipment regulations apply.
