PSR Smog Block-Off Plates are designed for select Honda VTX1300 models and provide a clean, secure way to remove excess air-injection equipment during race or dyno preparation. These plates safely block and seal the air-injection ports, helping prevent unwanted air from entering the exhaust system while supporting accurate air-to-fuel ratio measurements during dyno tuning.
Each plate is CNC machined from high-grade aluminum for precise fitment, reliable sealing, and durable performance. The PSR 03-01354-22 kit fits 2004–2009 Honda VTX1300C Custom and 2005–2009 Honda VTX1300R Retro Cast models, including the listed model years. Verify your motorcycle model and year before ordering to ensure proper fitment.
Important: This product is intended for closed-course and competition use only. Removing or disabling emissions-related equipment may not be legal for street use and can affect vehicle compliance with applicable emissions regulations. Professional installation is recommended, and all supplied components should be installed according to the motorcycle and tuning application requirements.
