The PSR Cam Chain Tensioner, manufacturer part number 03-02006-29, is designed to replace the factory automatic or hydraulic tensioner on select Honda motorcycles. CNC machined from billet aluminum, this tensioner provides a durable and serviceable solution for maintaining proper cam chain tension in demanding street and off-road applications.
By replacing the original automatic or hydraulic tensioner, the PSR 03-02006-29 helps prevent out-of-time conditions and cam chain rattling associated with tensioner failure. It also helps eliminate excessive cam chain tension that can contribute to premature engine wear. Proper installation and adjustment are required for reliable operation.
Fitment: This PSR cam chain tensioner fits the 2014–2015 Honda CBR650F, 2014–2015 Honda CBR650FA ABS, 2018–2021 Honda CRF250R, and 2019–2020 Honda CRF250RX. Verify the motorcycle model, year, and engine application before ordering to ensure compatibility.
