It is designed for fitment on select KTM, Gas Gas, and Husqvarna powersports applications, including the 2008 KTM 85 XC, 2008 and 2009 KTM 105 XC, 2004–2009 KTM 105 SX, 2009 KTM 85 XC, and 2005–2008 KTM 105 SX. Manufactured by ProTaper from 7075-T6 heat-treated billet aluminum, this rear sprocket is precision CNC-machined to strict tolerances. Its exclusive Angled Mud Groove design on both sides of every tooth creates a self-cleaning effect during operation, helping shed mud that can contribute to horsepower loss and sprocket wear. The groove layout also increases tooth surface area by up to 40 percent over competing sprockets, improving chain contact and supporting extended sprocket life.

Countersinks automatically center the sprocket to the hub during installation, eliminating the need for a hub center guide.
