ProFilter 21-23 Kawasaki KX250X/KX450X AFR-3002-02 Air Filter

A perfectly oiled ProFilter Air Filter provides maximum airflow and increased horsepower. Ready-to-Use Air Filters are constructed of dual-layer, reticulated foam. Reticulation is a process that opens up the foam cells, allowing for increased air flow and horsepower. The dual foam layers differ in foam pore size - the innermost foam consists of a denser foam to catch fine particles of sand and powder, whereas the outermost foam is constructed of a more open pore matrix allowing for filtration of larger micron dirt particles. The open porosity of the outer foam also helps the air filter resist plugging. Air filter seams are welded with industrial strength adhesive and all filters come with a rubber grommet to help secure the filter in place to the cage, eliminating tearing and keeping the structural integrity of the filter intact. The ProFilter AFR-3002-02 Ready-To-Use Air Filter is designed for select Kawasaki KX250X, KX450X, KX450SR, KX250F and KX450F motorcycles. It uses a pre-oiled, dual-stage reticulated foam construction to support airflow while filtering dirt and fine particles. The outer foam layer features a more open pore structure to help resist plugging, while the denser inner layer helps capture fine sand and powder.

This single-use air filter is pre-oiled with Maxima FFT (Foam Filter Treatment) and features welded seams, a rubber grommet for securing the filter to the airbox cage, and plush 13mm sealing foam. A disposable glove is included. The filter is intended for single use and should not be washed.
