The PRO FILTER Premium Air Filter, manufacturer part number MTX-5001-00 and vendor part number 780-0353P, is designed to provide dependable engine air filtration for select KTM motocross and off-road motorcycles. Its dual-stage polyester-based foam construction helps capture fine dirt and dust while maintaining consistent airflow for responsive engine performance.
Built for repeated service, this reusable air filter features chemical-resistant foam and a special reticulation process that balances filtration efficiency with airflow. Industrial-strength, resin-bonded seams help preserve filter integrity through repeated washing, while the integrated rubber grommet supports a secure fit in the airbox. The filter is packaged individually in a resealable bag for convenient storage between maintenance intervals.
Fitment includes 2004–2012 KTM 85 SX models with 17/14 wheels and the 2008 KTM 85 XC. Verify the motorcycle model, year, and airbox configuration before installation. Properly clean and oil the filter according to the manufacturer's service recommendations to help protect the engine from airborne contaminants.
