Protect your ATV air filter with the OUTERWEARS Red ATV Pre-Filter, designed for Honda Rancher models equipped with all-foam air filters. Manufacturer part number 20-1427-03 and vendor part number 25-5810R, this water-resistant pre-filter helps reduce the amount of sand, dirt, clay, and moisture reaching the main air filter. Its uniform micro-mesh construction supports dependable filtration in dusty and wet riding conditions while maintaining efficient airflow.
Dyno and flow bench testing has shown no significant loss of horsepower or air intake when this OUTERWEARS pre-filter is installed. The material filters particles as small as 0.005 inches without noticeable airflow restriction, helping preserve engine air supply during trail riding, utility work, and off-road use. Silicone impregnation adds water resistance, while dielectrically welded seams provide a secure, durable construction.
Fitment: This red ATV pre-filter fits 2000-2006 Honda TRX350FE Rancher 4X4 ES models and 2000-2002 Honda TRX350FM Rancher 4X4 models. Verify the vehicle model and air-filter configuration before installation. The OUTERWEARS brand and part number 20-1427-03 provide a direct way to identify the correct replacement pre-filter for compatible Honda Rancher applications.
