The Outerwears Black Pre-Filter, manufacturer part number 20-2203-01 and vendor part number 25-5887, is designed to provide an additional layer of protection for the air intake system on select Kawasaki Brute Force ATVs. Its silicone-impregnated micro-mesh construction helps resist water while filtering out sand, dirt, clay, and other unwanted elements before they reach the primary air filter.
Engineered for efficient airflow, the Outerwears pre-filter uses uniform micron-sized openings to capture particles as small as .005 inch without noticeable airflow restriction. Dyno and flow-bench testing has shown no significant loss of horsepower or air intake when using this product. Dielectrically welded seams provide a secure, durable construction for dependable performance in demanding riding conditions.
This black pre-filter fits select 2005 through 2012 Kawasaki Brute Force models, including the KVF650 Brute Force 4X4i with IRS from 2006-2009, 2011, and 2012, as well as the 2005 KVF750 Brute Force 4X4i with IRS and the 2006 KVF750 Brute Force 4X4i with IRS.
