The Outerwears ATV Pre-Filter, manufacturer part number 20-1417-01, is designed for use with UNI and stock air filter applications. This protective filter cover helps shield the primary air filter from dirt, dust, sand, and other airborne debris while supporting reliable airflow for off-road riding. It is a practical replacement or upgrade for riders who need added protection in demanding trail, motocross, and recreational environments.
Built for a precise fit on select Suzuki LT500R Quadracer models, this Outerwears pre-filter installs over the compatible UNI or stock air filter to create an additional barrier against contaminants. The cover helps reduce the amount of debris reaching the main filter, which can support longer filter service intervals and simplify routine maintenance. Always verify the existing air filter configuration before installation to ensure compatibility.
Fitment includes the 1987, 1988, 1989, and 1990 Suzuki LT500R Quadracer. The Outerwears ATV Pre-Filter is suited for riders seeking dependable air-intake protection without replacing the original airbox or primary filter assembly. Its ATV-specific design makes it a direct-fit solution for the listed applications when used with the appropriate UNI or stock filter.
