The OUTERWEARS ATV Pre-Filter, part number 20-1219-01, is designed for use with K&N HA-5000 air filters. This silicone-impregnated micro-mesh cover provides an added layer of protection against sand, dirt, clay, and water while helping maintain airflow to the engine. Dyno and flow bench testing has shown no significant horsepower loss or noticeable air intake restriction when using this pre-filter.
Uniform micron-sized openings filter particles as small as .005 inches in diameter, helping protect the primary air filter during demanding off-road riding. The water-resistant material is suitable for dusty, muddy, and wet trail conditions, while dielectrically welded seams provide durable construction and help prevent contaminants from entering through the stitching.
This OUTERWEARS pre-filter fits select 2014 Honda Rancher and Foreman ATV models equipped with the compatible K&N HA-5000 air filter. Confirm the existing air filter model and vehicle application before installation. Compatible applications include the 2014 Honda TRX420FA1 Rancher 4x4 AT DCT, TRX420FA2 Rancher 4x4 AT DCT EPS, TRX420FE1 Rancher 4x4 ES, TRX420FM1 Rancher 4x4, TRX420FM2 Rancher 4x4 EPS, TRX420TE1 Rancher 2x4 ES, TRX420TM1 Rancher, TRX500FE1 Foreman 4x4 ES, TRX500FE2 Foreman 4x4 ES EPS, and TRX500FM1 Foreman 4x4.
