Protect your ATV air filter with the OUTERWEARS ATV Pre-Filter, designed for use with the K&N HA-3500 air filter. Manufacturer part number 20-1151-01 and vendor part number 25-5819, this silicone-impregnated micro-mesh cover helps reduce the amount of sand, dirt, clay, and water reaching the primary air filter while supporting consistent airflow.
Dyno and flow bench testing has shown no significant loss of horsepower or air intake when using this OUTERWEARS pre-filter. Its uniform micron-sized openings filter particles as small as .005 inches without noticeable airflow restriction. The water-resistant material provides an added layer of protection in demanding riding conditions, while dielectrically welded seams help create a durable, reliable construction.
This pre-filter fits select Honda Rancher AT and Rancher 4X4 ES models, including the 2004–2007 Honda TRX400FA Rancher AT with SRA, the 2004–2007 Honda TRX400FGA Rancher AT GPScape with SRA, and the 2000–2001 Honda TRX350FE Rancher 4X4 ES. Confirm your ATV model and existing K&N HA-3500 air filter application before installation.
