The OUTERWEARS ATV Pre-Filter is designed for use with K&N HA-3350 air filters and helps provide an additional layer of protection in demanding off-road environments. Its silicone-impregnated micro-mesh material is water resistant and engineered to help keep sand, dirt, clay, and other unwanted elements from reaching the underlying air filter. The uniform micron-sized openings allow air to pass through while filtering particles as small as .005 inches in diameter without noticeable airflow restriction.
Dyno and flow bench testing has shown no significant loss of horsepower or air intake when using this pre-filter. Dielectrically welded seams provide durable construction and help prevent contaminants from entering through stitched seams. This design makes the pre-filter a practical choice for riders who need added intake protection during trail riding, racing, dusty conditions, and wet terrain.
This OUTERWEARS pre-filter fits select Can-Am DS 450 applications, including 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 DS 450 models; 2010, 2011, and 2012 DS 450 XMX models; the 2008 DS 450X; and the 2009 DS 450 XXC. Verify the vehicle model and the existing K&N HA-3350 filter before installation to ensure proper fitment. Manufacturer part number: 20-1076-01. Vendor part number: 25-5805.
