The Outerwears ATV Pre-Filter, manufacturer part number 20-1427-01 and vendor part number 25-5810, is designed to help protect the air filter system on select Honda Rancher 4X4 all-terrain vehicles. This all-foam pre-filter uses silicone-impregnated micro-mesh to resist water while helping prevent sand, dirt, clay, and other unwanted elements from reaching the primary air filter.
Dyno and flow bench testing has shown no significant loss of horsepower or air intake when using this product. The uniform micron-sized openings allow air to pass through efficiently while filtering particles as small as .005 inches in diameter without noticeable airflow restriction. Dielectrically welded seams provide a durable construction suitable for demanding off-road riding conditions.
Fitment: Fits 2000-2006 Honda TRX350FE Rancher 4X4 ES and 2000-2002 Honda TRX350FM Rancher 4X4 models. Verify the vehicle model and year before ordering to ensure proper application. The Outerwears brand and part number 20-1427-01 provide a direct-fit pre-filter solution for riders seeking added air intake protection in dusty, sandy, or wet environments.
