The OUTERWEARS ATV Pre-Filter is designed for the air intake system of 1993–2002 Honda TRX300EX Sportrax models. Manufacturer part number 20-1284-01, this protective pre-filter helps reduce the amount of sand, dirt, clay, and water reaching the primary air filter while maintaining efficient airflow. It is a practical choice for riders who operate in dusty, muddy, or wet off-road conditions.
Dyno and flow bench testing has shown no significant loss of horsepower or air intake when using this product. The silicone-impregnated micro-mesh material is water resistant and features uniform micron-sized openings that allow air to pass through while filtering unwanted contaminants. The material filters particles as small as 0.005 inches in diameter without noticeable airflow restriction.
Dielectrically welded seams help provide a secure, durable construction suited to demanding ATV use. The pre-filter is designed for a direct fit on 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002 Honda TRX300EX Sportrax models. Verify the vehicle application and existing airbox or filter configuration before installation.
