The OUTERWEARS 20-1777-01 Pre-Filter is designed for use with K&N KA-6503 air filters on select Kawasaki ATV applications. Its protective micro-mesh construction helps reduce the amount of sand, dirt, clay, and water reaching the primary air filter, making it a practical choice for off-road riding and dusty conditions. The silicone-impregnated material is water resistant and built to provide added protection without significantly limiting airflow.
Dyno and flow bench testing has shown no significant loss of horsepower or air intake while using this OUTERWEARS pre-filter. The material contains uniform micron-sized openings that allow air to pass through while filtering particles as small as 0.005 inches in diameter. Dielectrically welded seams help create a durable, secure covering for compatible K&N air filters.
Fitment includes 2005-2009 Kawasaki KVF650 Brute Force 4X4 models with SRA and 2004-2008 Kawasaki KFX 700 models. Verify the existing air filter model before installation to confirm compatibility. Manufactured by OUTERWEARS, this pre-filter uses manufacturer part number 20-1777-01 and vendor part number 25-5851.
