The NGK Spark Plugs Iridium IX CR6EIA-9 spark plug is designed to deliver reliable ignition performance, efficient combustion, and extended service life for compatible powersports and small-engine applications. Built with a fine iridium center electrode, this NGK Iridium IX spark plug supports consistent spark formation while requiring less voltage from the ignition system.
Fitment: Designed for vehicles and equipment requiring the NGK CR6EIA-9 spark plug specification. Verify the original equipment application, engine requirements, and plug configuration before installation to ensure proper fitment.
Performance: The iridium electrode is 25% smaller than a platinum electrode and approximately one-quarter the size of a conventional nickel electrode. This ultra-small center electrode helps reduce voltage requirements, promote dependable ignition, and support longer ignition-system component life.
Durability: A newly designed metal shell plating provides enhanced resistance to corrosion, helping the plug maintain dependable performance in demanding operating environments. The NGK Spark Plugs Part Number 7967 offers the trusted construction and ignition technology expected from NGK.
