The NAMURA NA-30010-2K Top End Kit is designed for select Suzuki LT-A400F KingQuad, Suzuki LT-A400 Eiger, and Arctic Cat 400 4x4 applications. This complete top-end replacement kit includes a piston, piston rings, wrist pin, retaining clips, top-end bearing, and gasket kit for a convenient engine rebuild solution. The piston uses an 11:1 compression ratio and is manufactured for a 82.46 mm bore application.
Engineered for reliable performance, this NAMURA kit features MOS2, or Teflon/Molybdenum, coated piston skirts. The rolled-on coating process creates a bond designed to be significantly stronger than conventional spray-on coatings while helping reduce friction, improve heat transfer, and minimize the risk of cold seizures. Machined smooth piston heads help reflect combustion heat and reduce carbon buildup, supporting piston protection during demanding operation.
The anodized piston dome provides increased heat resistance and durability, while the hypereutectic casting process adds silicon for controlled expansion, improved wear resistance, and enhanced performance at elevated cylinder temperatures.
