The NAMURA NX-70106K Top End Kit is designed to refresh the upper engine assembly on select KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas 85cc motorcycles. This complete kit includes a piston, piston rings, wrist pin, wrist pin clips, top-end bearing, and gasket kit for a convenient installation. The standard-size piston is engineered for Nikasil-plated cylinders and is suited for applications requiring a dependable replacement top-end assembly.

The piston uses a hypereutectic casting process with increased silicon content to help control expansion, improve wear resistance, and withstand higher cylinder temperatures. Its MOS2, or Teflon/molybdenum, coated skirts use a rolled-on application process designed to create a stronger bond than conventional spray-on coatings. This coating helps reduce friction, improve heat transfer, and minimize the risk of cold seizures during operation.

Machined smooth heads help reflect combustion heat and reduce carbon buildup around the piston crown, supporting consistent performance and durability. The anodized dome adds heat resistance and strength for demanding riding conditions. The NAMURA NX-70106K fits 2018–2021 KTM 85 SX models with 17/14 wheels, 2018–2020 and 2021 Husqvarna TC 85 models with 17/14 wheels, and the 2021 GasGas MC 85 with 19/16 wheels.
