The Namura NA-50025-2 piston kit is designed for select Polaris 330 ATV applications requiring a 78.95 mm piston with a +0.50 mm oversize specification. It is engineered as a replacement piston kit for compatible engine rebuilds and service applications, providing a precise fit when the cylinder has been professionally bored and prepared for the corresponding oversize piston.
This Namura piston kit fits the 2008-2013 Polaris Trail Blazer 330 and the 2003-2006 Polaris Trail Boss 330. Verify the model year, engine configuration, cylinder bore, and required oversize before ordering. The included rings are designed specifically for this Namura piston and will not accept OEM rings; these rings are also not compatible with the OEM piston. Proper installation should include checking piston-to-cylinder clearance, ring end gap, wrist-pin fit, and all manufacturer service specifications.
Built for dependable replacement use, the Namura NA-50025-2 combines application-specific sizing with components intended to support a correct engine rebuild. It is suitable for powersports technicians, repair shops, and owners restoring compression and performance in compatible Polaris 330 engines. Manufacturer part number: NA-50025-2.
