The NAMURA NA-40019-4K Top End Repair Kit is designed to restore reliable engine performance on select 2004–2013 Yamaha YFM125G Grizzly [SRA] models. This complete kit includes a piston, piston rings, wrist pin, retaining clips, top-end bearing, and gasket kit, providing the primary components needed for a comprehensive top-end rebuild.
The piston features MOS2 (Teflon/Molybdenum) coated skirts applied through a rolled-on process for a durable bond. This coating helps reduce friction, improve heat transfer, and minimize the risk of cold seizures. Machined smooth heads help reflect combustion heat and reduce carbon buildup, while anodized domes improve heat resistance and durability. The hypereutectic casting process adds silicon for reduced expansion, enhanced wear resistance, and dependable performance under increased cylinder temperatures.
Fitment: This NAMURA manufacturer and vendor part number NA-40019-4K kit fits 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 Yamaha YFM125G Grizzly [SRA] models. Verify the model year and engine application before installation. Professional installation and inspection of the cylinder, crankshaft, and related components are recommended to ensure proper fit and long-term service.
