The NAMURA NA-30010K Top End Kit is a complete engine rebuild solution for select Suzuki and Arctic Cat 400 ATV applications. Designed with an 81.96 mm standard-size piston and an 11:1 compression ratio, this kit supports reliable top-end performance and helps restore proper engine operation. It includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, retaining clips, top-end bearing, and gasket kit for a comprehensive installation.
The piston features MOS2, or Teflon/molybdenum, coated skirts applied through a rolled-on process that creates a strong bond and helps reduce friction, improve heat transfer, and minimize the risk of cold seizures. Machined smooth heads help reflect combustion heat and reduce carbon buildup, while anodized domes improve heat resistance and durability. NAMURA uses a hypereutectic casting process to increase silicon content, reduce expansion, improve wear resistance, and support operation at higher cylinder temperatures.
Fitment includes 2011–2016 Suzuki LT-A400F KingQuad ASi with IRS, 2008–2009 Suzuki LT-A400F KingQuad AS with SRA, the 2002 Suzuki LT-A400 Eiger 2X4 Auto with SRA, and the 2003 Arctic Cat 400 4X4 Auto.
