The Motion Pro Black Vinyl Clutch Cable, manufacturer part number 04-0078 and vendor part number 70-4078, is designed to provide reliable clutch operation and a precise, positive feel for select Suzuki RM motocross motorcycles. Its longitudinally wound black housing resists compression under heavy loads, helping reduce a soft or mushy lever response during demanding riding conditions.
Built with premium chrome fittings and a durable polyethylene liner, this cable supports smooth operation and long-term service. The PE liner helps reduce internal friction while protecting the cable assembly from wear. The black vinyl exterior provides a clean, practical finish suited to original-equipment replacement or motorcycle restoration applications.
This Motion Pro clutch cable fits 1976 Suzuki RM125, RM250, and RM370 models; 1977 Suzuki RM125, RM250, and RM370 models; 1978 Suzuki RM125, RM250, RM400, and RM250 models; and 1979 Suzuki RM125 models. Verify the motorcycle model and year before installation to ensure proper fitment. This cable is intended as a direct replacement for compatible applications and is engineered to maintain dependable clutch control on the trail, track, or during routine service.
