The Motion Pro Black Vinyl Clutch Cable, manufacturer part number 04-0031 and vendor part number 70-4031, is designed to provide dependable clutch operation and a precise, positive feel for compatible Suzuki motorcycles. This replacement cable features a longitudinally wound black housing that resists compression under heavy loads, helping reduce a soft or mushy lever response during clutch engagement. Its construction is suited for riders seeking consistent control and reliable performance.
A durable polyethylene liner promotes smooth cable movement and helps support long-term service life. Premium chrome fittings add strength and corrosion resistance while providing a clean, finished appearance. The black vinyl exterior protects the cable assembly and complements the original styling of the motorcycle. This Motion Pro clutch cable is intended as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications.
Fitment includes the 1981–1983 Suzuki GS850GL, 1982–1983 Suzuki GS1100G, 1982–1984 Suzuki GS1100GK, and 1982–1983 Suzuki GS1100GL. Verify the motorcycle model and year before installation to ensure proper compatibility. With its compression-resistant housing, smooth PE liner, and chrome fittings, the Motion Pro 04-0031 cable is engineered to restore reliable clutch control for street and touring applications.
