The Motion Pro Black Vinyl Clutch Cable, manufacturer part number 02-0241 and vendor part number 70-2241, is designed to provide dependable clutch control and smooth operation for select Honda Shadow VLX motorcycles. Its durable black vinyl housing supports long-term use while maintaining a clean, factory-style appearance. This replacement clutch cable is engineered for accurate fitment and reliable performance during daily riding, maintenance, and restoration projects.
Built with Motion Pro’s longitudinally wound housing, the cable resists compression under heavy loads. This construction helps deliver a precise, positive clutch feel without the mushiness associated with less rigid cable housings. A polyethylene liner promotes smooth cable movement and contributes to durability, while premium chrome fittings provide a secure, corrosion-resistant connection at the cable ends.
Fitment: Fits 1988–1994 Honda VT600C Shadow VLX models and 1993–1994 Honda VT600CD Shadow VLX Deluxe models. Verify the motorcycle model, year, and existing cable configuration before installation to ensure proper compatibility. The Motion Pro 02-0241 clutch cable is a practical replacement for worn, stretched, or damaged original equipment cables.
