The Motion Pro Black Vinyl Clutch Cable, manufacturer part number 02-0162 and vendor part number 70-2162, is designed to provide dependable clutch operation and precise control on select Honda motocross motorcycles. This replacement cable fits the 1996–2002 Honda CR80RB Expert and the 2003–2005 Honda CR85R. It is built for riders and technicians who need smooth clutch engagement, consistent lever feel, and durable performance in demanding riding conditions.
Constructed with a longitudinally-wound black housing, this Motion Pro cable resists compression under heavy loads. The rigid housing helps preserve cable movement and delivers a positive, non-mushy feel for improved clutch response. A durable PE liner supports smooth operation and reduces friction, while premium chrome fittings provide reliable connection points and a clean, finished appearance.
Use this clutch cable as a direct-fit replacement for the specified Honda models. Confirm the motorcycle year, model, and original cable routing before installation to ensure proper fit and operation. The Motion Pro 02-0162 cable is suitable for maintaining responsive clutch performance on Honda CR80RB Expert and CR85R applications.
