The Motion Pro 08-0508 Valve Seal Install Tool is designed for accurate, efficient installation of valve stem seals on modern street motorcycles, off-road motorcycles, and ATVs. This 4.5 mm tool helps properly align the valve stem seal with the valve guide so the seal seats straight and securely during engine service. Its slim profile provides access to valve guides in compact cylinder heads with deep lifter bores.
The contoured base cradles and protects the delicate inner lip of the valve stem seal while directing installation force to the stronger outer rim. A rounded tip helps prevent damage to the seal lip and valve guide bore. The anodized aluminum handle and stainless steel pilot shaft provide durable performance for repeated shop or garage use. The Motion Pro valve seal installation tool is also backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
Fitment includes select 2008–2012 and 2014 Honda CBR1000RR models, along with 2009–2012 Honda CBR1000RA ABS models. Verify the valve stem seal size and application before installation. Manufacturer part number: 08-0508. Vendor part number: 57-80508.
