The MAXXIS MU9C Coronado rear tire is designed for ATV and side-by-side use in loose-over-hard desert terrains. Its strong 8-ply-rated radial carcass helps absorb shock from rocks and sand whoops while providing puncture resistance against thorns and sharp rocks. The aggressive tread pattern extends over the shoulder area for added sidewall protection, while stepped lugs create multiple biting edges for traction.
Developed for high-speed, high-temperature desert riding, the Coronado features a long-wearing compound and a rounded profile that supports steering performance on flat turns and in ruts. True radial construction and a center tread configuration with a high land-to-sea ratio of lugs contribute to a smooth ride. The performance-matched front and rear setup is designed to provide steering control and confidence at high speeds.
