The Hot Rods WPK0027 Water Pump Repair Kit is designed to restore reliable cooling system performance on select Yamaha YFZ450 models. This complete repair kit includes the essential components needed to address a leaking water pump seal and/or a failed water pump bearing, helping support proper coolant circulation and dependable engine operation.
Precision micro bearings provide OE-quality fit, smooth operation, and durability, while the included high-pressure and high-temperature mechanical and rubber seals are engineered to withstand demanding off-road riding conditions. The kit also includes the water pump cover gasket or O-ring, providing the primary sealing components needed for water pump service.
Fitment includes 2004–2009 and 2012–2013 Yamaha YFZ450 models, as well as 2007–2008 Yamaha YFZ450 SE models. Verify the model year and application before installation. The Hot Rods WPK0027 kit does not include the clutch cover gasket; reuse a serviceable gasket or purchase the correct replacement separately as required for the repair.
