The Hot Rods OSK0048 Countershaft Seal Kit is a complete repair solution for a leaking countershaft seal on select Honda two-stroke motorcycles. Designed for dependable service and proper drivetrain sealing, this kit helps restore the countershaft area and reduce the risk of oil leakage around the front sprocket.
Each kit includes a Hot Rods countershaft seal, countershaft bushing, O-rings, and sprocket nut washer where applicable. The components are selected to support a practical, comprehensive repair without requiring separate sourcing of commonly replaced sealing hardware. This kit is intended for riders, technicians, and powersports repair professionals seeking a direct replacement solution from Hot Rods.
Fitment: Fits 1996–2002 Honda CR80RB Expert and 2003–2005 Honda CR85R models. Verify the motorcycle model and year before installation to ensure proper application. The Hot Rods OSK0048 does not include a water pump bearing or transmission bearings; those components must be purchased separately if required for the repair.
