Hot Cams’ Improved Throttle Response (ITR) technology uses carefully designed opening ramps to promote a cleaner intake charge and a more efficient combustion cycle. The result is stronger engine response at varying throttle openings, giving riders improved feel and control on the track or trail.

This high-performance exhaust camshaft is designed as a direct performance upgrade for compatible Yamaha models and is developed for racing use. The Stage 1 profile is designed to work with stock valve springs and rockers in most applications, helping simplify installation while maintaining reliable valvetrain operation. No camshaft core is required, and adjustable cam sprockets are supplied with some applications where specified.
