The HJC RPHA 91 modular helmet in solid black is designed with a PIM EVO shell incorporating carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. This shell construction provides shock-resistant performance, comfort, and lightweight construction. The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, offers 99% UV protection, and features an anti-scratch coating.
A dynamic multi-step smoke-tinted sun visor includes an anti-fog coating and is operated through a bottom-positioned activation system. The sun visor can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading and comfort. Eyebrow vents support defogging and ventilation, while the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties.
The helmet features 3D contour cheek pads with reflective material, interchangeable cheek pads throughout all sizes for a custom fit, and removable, washable crown and cheek pads. Its dual-axis pivot chin bar mechanism brings the chin bar close to the shell to help minimize air resistance and wind noise. The chin bar also retracts in the open position for easier installation.
