The HJC DS-X1 helmet in solid black and size XS is designed for dual-sport adventure riding with three configuration options: shield and visor, shield only, or visor only with goggles. Its 3D CAD-designed Advanced Polycarbonate Composite Shell is engineered for a comfortable fit, a wide range of motion, and an expansive eye port that supports visibility and goggle use. Glasses grooves accommodate riders who wear eyeglasses.
The aerodynamic dual-function visor helps reduce lift at highway speeds while supporting airflow. The helmet features a large adjustable mouth vent and HJC’s ACS Advanced Channeling ventilation system, which directs cool air through the front and exhausts heat and humidity through the rear spoiler. The easy-converting system allows the helmet to change from shield-and-visor configuration to a visor-only setup.
The Pinlock-prepared HJ-27 shield supports the use of an anti-fog lens, with the insert lens sold separately.
