The HJC DS-X1 helmet in solid Anthracite, size XS, is designed for dual-sport adventure riding across on-road and off-road environments. Its three riding configurations allow use with the shield and visor, shield only, or visor only with goggles. The 3D CAD-designed Advanced Polycarbonate Composite Shell provides a comfortable fit, a wide range of motion, and an expansive eye-port for improved visibility and goggle compatibility.
The aerodynamic dual-function visor is designed to help reduce lift at highway speeds while supporting airflow. The Pinlock-prepared HJ-27 shield accommodates an anti-fog lens, sold separately. An easy converting system allows the helmet to change from shield and visor configuration to a visor-only helmet. Glasses grooves accommodate riders who wear eyeglasses.
Ventilation is managed through a large adjustable mouth vent and HJC’s ACS Advanced Channeling ventilation system, which channels cool air through the helmet and exhausts hot air through the rear spoiler.
