The HJC C91 Kaon MC5 modular helmet in Small combines an advanced polycarbonate composite shell with adjustable chinbar functionality for a comfortable, adaptable riding experience. Advanced CAD technology supports the helmet’s fit and comfort, while the Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACS) directs airflow from front to back to help move heat and humidity out of the helmet.
The helmet features a Pinlock® prepared HJ-17 shield with 99% UV protection and HJC’s RapidFire™ Shield Replacement System for quick, secure, tool-less shield changes. An integrated black dark smoke sun visor deploys quickly and easily through a user-friendly sliding system and has an anti-scratch coating.
Removable, washable crown and cheek pads use moisture-wicking materials to help maintain a dry interior. Interchangeable cheek pads are available throughout all shell sizes, while glasses grooves accommodate riders who wear eyeglasses or sunglasses. A double D-ring chin strap provides the closure system. Speaker pockets support Bluetooth communication, and the helmet is ready for SMART HJC Bluetooth, which is sold separately.
