The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet combines a lightweight PIM EVO shell with carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. This shell construction is designed to provide shock-resistant performance, comfort, and lightweight construction. A dynamic multi-step smoke-tinted sun visor includes an anti-fog coating and can be adjusted through a bottom-positioned operating system. The sun visor can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading and comfort. Eyebrow vents support ventilation and defogging, while the RPHA Premium Fit Interior uses anti-bacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying functionality.
The removable and washable crown and cheek pads include 3D contouring, reflective material, and interchangeable cheek pads throughout all sizes for a custom fit. A dual-axis pivot mechanism allows the chin bar to move close to the shell, helping minimize air resistance and wind noise. The chin bar retracts in the open position to assist with installation. The helmet is designed for compatibility with Smart HJC 2nd Generation devices, which are sold separately, and Smart HJC devices are also designed for the RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71 helmet models.
