The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet in solid white, size XS, combines advanced protection, practical touring features, and premium comfort in a streamlined modular design. Manufactured by HJC, this helmet uses the PIM EVO shell, constructed with carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. This composite shell provides strong shock-resistant performance while maintaining a lightweight, comfortable riding profile.
The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and provides 99% UV protection. A smoke-tinted internal sun shield features an anti-fog coating and can be adjusted through the bottom-positioned operating system. The sun shield can also be positioned closer to the rider’s face for improved shading and a more personalized fit. Eyebrow ventilation helps direct airflow for ventilation and defogging, supporting clear vision in changing riding conditions.
The RPHA Premium Fit interior uses antibacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads, reflective material, and interchangeable cheek pads across all sizes help provide a secure, customizable fit. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable for convenient maintenance. A dual-axis chin-bar pivot brings the chin bar closer to the shell, helping reduce wind resistance and noise while maintaining a compact aerodynamic profile. The chin bar can retract into the open position for easier helmet installation.
This HJC RPHA 91 is compatible with the Smart HJC 2nd Generation communication system, which is designed for the RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71 helmet models. The system is co-developed with SENA and integrates into the helmet structure for balanced weight distribution and efficient aerodynamics. Smart HJC communication devices are sold separately.
