The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet in Solid Semi-Flat Titanium, size 2XL, combines touring-focused comfort with advanced protection and convenient modular functionality. Its PIM EVO shell uses a blend of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber to deliver a lightweight, shock-resistant construction. The dual-axis chin bar pivot mechanism brings the chin bar closer to the helmet shell, helping reduce air resistance and wind noise while maintaining a streamlined profile.
The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared, anti-scratch coated, and designed to provide 99% UV protection. An integrated dynamic multi-step sun shield features a smoke tint and anti-fog coating for improved visibility in changing light conditions. The bottom-positioned activation system allows quick deployment, while the sun shield can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading and comfort. Eyebrow vents support airflow and help reduce visor fogging.
Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses antibacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads improve comfort, while reflective materials enhance visibility. The removable, washable crown and cheek pads are interchangeable across helmet sizes to help create a more customized fit. The chin bar can remain retracted in the open position for easier installation and use.
