The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet combines touring-focused comfort, aerodynamic performance, and convenient modular functionality in a solid semi-flat metallic blue finish. This large-size helmet features HJC’s PIM EVO shell, constructed with carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. The HJC HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and designed to provide 99% UV protection. A dynamic multi-step smoke-tinted sun visor features an anti-fog coating and can be adjusted up to 10 mm closer to the rider’s face for personalized shading. Bottom-positioned operation makes the sun shield quick and convenient to activate. Eyebrow ventilation channels help support airflow and visor defogging, while the dual-axis chin bar mechanism allows the chin section to retract into an open position for easier helmet installation. Its close-to-shell movement helps reduce air resistance and wind noise.
The RPHA Premium Fit interior uses antibacterial, moisture-wicking, quick-drying fabric with 3D-contoured cheek pads and reflective material for added visibility. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, and interchangeable cheek pads across sizes allow riders to fine-tune the fit. The helmet is compatible with the Smart HJC 2nd Generation communication system, designed in cooperation with SENA for the HJC RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71 models.
