The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet combines touring-focused comfort, aerodynamic efficiency, and versatile open- or closed-face functionality. Finished in Solid Semi-Flat Metallic Blue and offered in size 2XL, this helmet features HJC’s PIM EVO shell constructed from carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. This advanced shell design helps provide strong impact resistance while maintaining a lightweight, comfortable profile for extended road use.
The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared, anti-scratch coated, and provides 99% UV protection. An integrated smoke-tinted sun shield features an anti-fog coating and a smooth, bottom-positioned activation system. The shield can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the rider’s face for improved shading and personalized comfort. Eyebrow ventilation channels airflow to assist with defogging and interior ventilation, while the dual-axis chin bar mechanism retracts into the open position for easier installation and creates a compact profile that helps reduce wind resistance and noise.
The RPHA Premium Fit interior uses antibacterial, moisture-wicking, quick-drying fabric and includes 3D-contoured cheek pads with reflective material for added visibility. Crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, and interchangeable cheek pads across the size range help riders achieve a more precise fit. The HJC RPHA 91 is compatible with Smart HJC 2nd Generation communication systems, which are co-developed with SENA and integrate into the helmet structure for balanced weight distribution and streamlined aerodynamics.
